SOME FACTS that should have been included in the movie, EL PRESIDENTE.
10. AMERICA’S CRUEL 1899 WAR AGAINST FILIPINOS. THEY MASSACRED AND KILLED TEN MILLION OUT OF THE EXISTING TEN MILLION FILIPINOS OF THAT TIME. This is how that war of invasion is described, in Spanish, by then Presidente Emilio Aguinaldo and Primer Ministro Apolinario Mabini in a Filipino Government Proclamation they both issued and signed on August 13, 1899. This Proclamation reads:
“In the present war against the American forces, there is no alternative for us Filipino but to defend at all cost our lives and our homes. To surrender would be to erroneously throw ourselves to their guns and cannons that do not respect our national honor nor our belongings and savagely kill our women and children.
“Manila is witness to the most horrible of inhuman cruelties. They have confiscated our vehicles, animals and the money of every family invoking war as there only reason.
“The American invaders declared war against Spain with the excuse of liberating people oppressed by the Spaniards, but those people who were purportedly liberated by these invaders are now slaves crying under their brutal yoke.
“They came here calling themselves champions of liberty purportedly seconding our efforts for freedom. But after we had helped them against the Spaniards, they alone claimed the fruit of our liberation.”
“In Manifestoes and proclamations they, the invading Americans, have said that they did not desire nothing else but our freedom, as they have assured us in several meetings with them.
“They have also assured us that they will never provoke a break in our alliance, but then as it became evident, when we let down our guard, the attacked us by surprise, inhumanly bombing our homes, ransacking our houses and robbing us of our money and jewelry and destroying food provisions and everything useful to our people, which they don’t care about. All these they do because their objective here is to impose a domination upon us that is the more irritating, truly cruel in comparison with the previous rule of Spain because they greedily aim to become the absolute owners of the Patrimony of our race!”

(11) EL PRESIDENTE, THE MOVIE
SOME FACTS that should have been included in the movie, EL PRESIDENTE.
THE FACT OF THE FILIPINO VOLUNTEERS (VOLUNTARIOS) FOR SPAIN WHO FORMED ENTIRE BATALLIONS TO FIGTH THE KATIPUNEROS OF AGUINALDO IS DELIBERATELY EDITED OUT IN THE TEACHING OF THE HISTORY OF THE FILIPINO REVOLUTION. Being Spanish citizens, Filipinos heeded the call of the Spanish Government here to organize VOLUNTARIOS (armed volunteers) to fight the rebel “and atheistic” Katipuneros. In Iloilo City, at least three Battalions of VOLUNTARIOS were organized and sent to Manila. Cebu City also organized even more battalions of VOLUNTARIOS financed by prominent Chino Cristiano businessmen of the Cebú Parian to go to Manila and fight the Katipuneros and the army of Aguinaldo. It is precisely the vast numbers VOLUNTARIOS for Spain that persuaded Aguinaldo to sign the Pacto de Biac-ana-bató that ended his Revolution against Spain. And it was Don Emilio that even admitted to the veracity of this fact. But our history books and teachers in English are criminally silent about the VOLUNTARIOS due to undue US WASPo intervention even in the teaching of Philippine History. Not all Filipinos took up arms against Spain in these Islands.

(12) ) EL PRESIDENTE, THE MOVIE
SOME FACTS that should have been included in the movie, EL PRESIDENTE.
12. AFTER GIVING THEIR MASONIC WORD TO A HIGH 33 DEGREE MASON LIKE DON EMILIO AGUINALDO IN HONGKONG AND SINGAPORE,THAT THEY WOULD LEAVE THE PHILIPPINES AFTER SPAIN WAS DRIVEN AWAY, THE US WASPOS DELIBERATELY BROKE THEIR OWN MASONIC WORD SAYING INSTEAD THAT AGUINALDO HAD ALREADY ACCEPTED AMERICAN SOVEREIGNTY OVER THE PHILIPPINES FROM HJONGKONG AND SINGAPORE. They brazenly LIED to Aguinaldo because their real intention was to grab the Philippines not only from Spain but from Aguinaldo and ALL the Filipinos. At the start, the scheming US WASPos did not have enough forces to figth the Spaniards and their Filipino VOUNTARIOS in Manila. That is why, they needed Aguinaldo’s help to drive away the Spanish forces from Manila and the entire Philippines. But after getting Aguinaldo’s help the US WASPos even SAID THAT AGUINALDO had already accepted American Sovereignty in the Philippines to which Aguinaldo publicly declared: “ I solemnly proclaim that I did not enter into any compromise, neither in word nor in writing, to recognize the sovereignty of America over this beloved soil. ON the contrary, I say that tI came back to these Islands, via an American warship on 19 May 1898, with the decided and manifest purpose of making war with the Spaniards to reconquer our liberty and independence. Thus I have published in a Manifesto addressed to the Filipino last June 12, when in my native Kawit I unfurled for the first time our sacrosanct national flag as the sacred emblem of that sublime aspiration, and lastly, that is how I confirmed it with the American General himself, Mr.Merritt, previous to Mr. E., Otis, in the Manifesto I addressed to the Filipino people, days before telling the Spanish General, Señor Jaúdenes, the surrender of Manila, in which Manifesto, it was said, clearly and decidedly, that the US forces, in land and sea, were ONLY coming to give us our liberty after removing the bad Spanish government.“ The US WASPos, labeled by Filipinos of that time as “usurpers, scoundrels and ingrates”, clearly deceived Aguinaldo and the entire Filipino people. The WASPos, “known racists as they are” (as denounced by the Filipinos of those times), always considered and pictured Aguinaldo as “a nigger of no worth”, as shown in the accompanying cartoon, when he is not so in reality. (Vide: “Filipinas Orgullo de España”, p. 70, Madrid, 1935 and “Film, American influence on Philippine Cinema” by Nick Deocampo, Anvil, Metro-Manila, 2011).
